Primary Areas of Practice
Paul Curran focuses most of his practice on litigation, or disputes that are settled in Court. These include personal injury actions, family law matters, real estate and corporate disputes. Paul has represented a wide variety of clients in counties throughout central Wisconsin, including injured individuals, insurance companies, land owners in property line and boundary disputes, people involved in divorces and child custody cases, and business disputes. Paul also has an active practice in estate planning and probate and advising business owners in corporate matters.
The Personal Side
Paul was born and raised in Juneau County. After completing his education, he practiced law in Milwaukee for eight years handling product liability cases, medical malpractice cases, auto accident cases, and other general personal injury cases. Since moving back to Juneau County in 1994, Paul has been active in local community affairs, including serving as President of the local Chamber of Commerce, President of his Parish Council, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Juneau County Economic Development Corporation. Paul and his wife, Gail Carlson, have two children.
