Primary Areas of Practice
Fred Hollenbeck is a true general practitioner. In the more than forty years since he entered the University of Wisconsin Law School, there is almost no area of law in which he has not worked extensively. Civil litigation, both plaintiffs and defendants, of all types - including personal injury, domestic relations (divorce, custody and family law), municipal, real estate, probate, banking, business and corporate, worker's compensation and labor relations consume his time. Even when it does not involve a lawsuit, Fred frequently represents buyers and sellers of real estate, estates, buyers and sellers of businesses and people in need of estate planning. He has helped people with almost every kind of legal problem which any person would encounter during his lifetime.
The Personal Side
Fred is married to Sue. They have six children. Fred plays tennis in between rooting for the Badgers and Packers. He was the Mauston High School boys and girls tennis coach for fourteen seasons. Hunting, boating and a large garden occupy his time.
