A True General Practictioner
Although Attorney Hollenbeck concentrates his practice on divorce and family law, there is almost no area of law in which Fred Hollenbeck has not worked extensively. For over 40 years, Fred has handled civil litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, including personal injury, domestic relations (divorce, custody and family law), municipal, real estate, probate, banking, business and corporate, worker's compensation and labor relations.
As the School District attorney for four area school districts, Fred has significant experience with school law, advising and protecting school boards. Fred also handles transactional matters involving buyers and sellers of real estate, buyers and sellers of businesses, and people in need of estate planning. He has helped people with almost every kind of legal problem which any person could encounter during their lifetime.
The Personal Side
Fred is married to Sue. They have six children. Fred plays tennis in between rooting for the Badgers and Packers. He was the Mauston High School boys and girls tennis coach for fourteen seasons. Hunting, boating and a large garden occupy his time.
