Tom Casey focuses most of his practice on debt collection, business and residential real estate transactions, and bankruptcy. Tom has represented a wide variety of creditors in the past twenty-six years, including banks, credit unions and businesses. Tom has also spent a great deal of time helping individuals work through collection problems including filing bankruptcy when necessary.
The Personal Side
Tom is married to Joanne (a local teacher) and has three children. Tom enjoys hunting and fishing and has been active in many local organizations. He has been a board member of the Juneau County Revolving Loan Fund for over 10 years.
